Meetings

Every other Thursday at 7 p.m., Senate holds its General Assembly Meetings in the Legislative Assembly Room of the Student Activity Center (SAC 2.302). The General Assembly Meeting is an opportunity for all members of Senate to gather in order to discuss and vote on important Senate issues, report on the progress of Senate committees and programs and communicate any developments of issues that may affect the quality of academic life at the university. All members of The University of Texas at Austin community are invited to attend Senate General Assembly meetings.

How to Get on a General Assembly Meeting Agenda:

Email Administrative Director Bala Varadhan at bvaradhan@utexas.edu by 5 p.m. on the day of the General Assembly meeting.
