College of Fine Arts CTBAC

The College of Fine Arts CTBAC is composed of 10 members – six students, three faculty members and the associate or assistant dean in the College who is charged with managing the budget and the academic operations of the College. Each member of the CTBAC has a vote, except for the dean who serves as an ex officio member.

The Fine Arts Council president appoints the student members of the CTBAC with one spot reserved for the Council president himself/herself and one spot reserved for the College’s Student Government representative. The CTBAC’s faculty seats are selected from the faculty at large.

Members are chosen at least one month before their terms begin. Terms start on the first day of the fall semester and last for one year.
