Analecta is currently accepting poetry, fiction, drama, and personal essay submissions for Analecta 36. Winners will be published in Analecta 36. Winners will receive two free copies of the journal, and $100 prizes will be awarded to one featured poet and one featured prose writer. Prize money and copies of the journal will be mailed on the release date of Analecta 36 (to be announced). Entries are unlimited and will be judged through a blind selection process.

 

Submission Guidelines

We are currently accepting digital submissions only. The deadline is December 16, 2009 before midnight. Please send your submissions in the form of an attachment to analecta.ut@gmail.com. Please make sure that your name does not appear on any page of the submission document itself. In addition to your submission, please include a coversheet in a SEPARATE DOCUMENT with the following information:

• Your name
• Your e-mail address
• Your school
• Your current phone number
• Your current address
• Your permanent address
• The title(s) of your submission(s)

 

Additional Information

• All work must be previously unpublished.
• This contest is open to undergraduate and graduate university students at any university. You may be asked to submit proof of your student status prior to publication.
• We reserve the right to use any work published in Analecta 36 for promoting the journal, including online publication.
